HCL’s Pile Wrap System is a proven, cost-effective, cold applied pile wrap system that provides long term corrosion protection to piles and other marine steel structures. Comprising of a Petrolatum based primer, over wrapped with Marine Petrolatum tape and secured behind a tough 2mm HDPE jacket held in place with HCL’s Smart Band product range. A completely non-metallic solution for your pile protection that does not require a preliminary survey to determine the pile diameters. Our jackets are designed to accommodate all diameter tolerance changes expected either on piles direct from the Mill or those that have suffered corrosion loss or expansion due to rusting.

HCL’s ICCP clamping solution provides a robust, non-metallic clamping package for MMO Anodes and Reference Electrodes as well as the associated clamping of power supply cables and junction box mounting. Guaranteed to fit irrespective of diameter tolerances and with the added benefit of being lightweight and easy to mobilise to site.
